A raw and powerful painting of a stormy winter’s day, 'November – Sea Solstice' captures the shifting moods of the estuary with visceral texture and restrained, dramatic tone. Created with sand, heavy-body acrylic, raw pigments, and inks on linen, the painting’s surface is richly tactile — pitted, swept, and layered like a weathered shoreline. There’s a tension between movement and stillness, weight and light, echoing the vast, elemental presence of water under winter skies.

75 x 75cm framed in a sold wooden, jacobean oak stained frame.

Interior design tip; this painting would work well in any monchromatic or neutral earthy toned interior. Soft, textured furnishings and natural materials would complement this piece which has a very organic feel.
